I've been writing since kindergarten, and writing for businesses since 2014. I've previously worked for Boston-based Grasshopper & LogMeIn and written for publications like Shopify, Wave, and Help Scout.

Nowadays, I spend most of my time helping SaaS and other software companies tell the stories customers want to hear – through content and web copy.
